On December 9, 2020 from 9 am to 10:30 am, the Nonprofit Alliance of Monterey County presents “Increase Your Impact 2021 – Experts Share Insights on Building Public Support”. Four esteemed experts share the strategies to advance your mission in 2021. The online presentation, produced by House of 8 Media, includes question and answers in a lively open chat session, hosted by Ceci Romero, Deputy Director of Rancho Cielo Youth Campus and a member of the NAMC leadership team.

The panel features María C. Magaña, Community Organizer (Central Coast Center for Independent Living), Spencer Critchley, Writer and Consultant (Boots Road Group), Matt Huerta, Owner (Matt Huerta Consulting) and Claudia Meléndez Salinas, Journalist (Voices of Monterey Bay). The group will cover community organizing, coalition building, cross-sector partnerships and strategic communications outlining best practices and sharing successful examples. “We are thrilled to have such experienced strategists with us at this extraordinary historical moment. They are all engaging speakers eager to shed light on how we can each and all build more momentum for our mission and more powerfully serve our communities,” notes Paulette Lynch, Interim Executive Director. This panel is open for board members, staff and volunteers. Registration is required but there is no charge thanks to support from Rayne Technology and the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.
