SPCA seeking foster cat keepers

Adorable kittens need your help! SPCA for Monterey County fosters raise and care for rescued underage or injured pets. Fostering can last anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.

The SPCA provides all the food, supplies, advice, and veterinary care you need to foster a rescued pet. You provide the love, late-night feedings, and snuggles.

Right now, the SPCA is caring for 189 rescued kittens, with more arriving every day. To learn more about fostering, visit www.SPCAmc.org/foster or call 831-373-2631.

You can also help rescued kittens by purchasing gifts on our Amazon Wish List (www.SPCAmc.org/kitten-shower)! Gift items that truly make a difference include kitten formula, bottles, cat litter, blankets, snuggly surrogate toys with warmth and heartbeats, and more.

How You Can Help:

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) for Monterey County is your nonprofit, independent, donor-supported humane society that has been serving the animals and people of Monterey County since 1905. The SPCA is not a chapter of any other agency and does not have a parent organization.  They shelter homeless, neglected and abused pets and livestock, and provide humane education and countless other services to the community. They are the local agency you call to investigate animal cruelty, rescue and rehabilitate injured wildlife, and aid domestic animals in distress. Online at www.SPCAmc.org.
