Introductory events for Breakthrough for Men

Central Coast men will have a chance to learn new “life tools for men,” during one of several free, public “Intro Nights” beginning at 6:45 p.m. on Feb. 6 and March 21 at the Breakthrough for Men Center, 1069 Broadway Ave. #102, Seaside. Free Intro Nights are also offered to men in the Scotts Valley area on Jan. 29 and Feb. 5 at Monterey Coast Preparatory, 125 Bethany Dr., Scotts Valley.

Men can register for the free Intro Night and get more information about Breakthrough on its website: http://www.breakthroughformen.org/

“Many men have said they’d like to be a better father, husband, partner or friend – but they’re just not sure where to start,” said Chris Fitz, Breakthrough executive director. “However, more than 2000 area men HAVE been able to gain more deeply meaningful relationships and live happier lives, through the area’s non-profit Breakthrough program since its inception in 1987.”

At an introductory meeting, men have a chance to meet the group leaders and other interested men as well as having all questions addressed regarding content, schedules and finances

“Bring all your questions, curiosity, interest, hopes and doubts,” Fitz said. “After the introductory meeting, you will have the opportunity to sign up for Breakthrough I, as long as spaces are available. You are also encouraged to bring friends who are interested. So, invite your friends and come talk, man to man!”
