SPCA Pick Your Price Adoption Event Set June 25

Your red carpet treatment awaits! The SPCA will be holding an adoption event while hosting the Aflac Grammy’s Mobile Experience on Monday, June 25th from 9 am to 1 pm.  During this event, adopters can pick their price on all dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, pigeons, doves, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, chickens, and, of course, ducks!

Come enjoy this free and fun musical experience, which includes red carpet photographs, Grammy museum artifacts, Guitar Hero, an interactive musical wall, a VIP music lounge, and more – and maybe fall in love, too! Coffee will be available for purchase from Castle Rock Coffee from 8 to 10 am and you can purchase lunch from Tacos don Beto from 11 am  to 1 pm. There will also be drawings and prizes!

The SPCA for Monterey County is located at 1002 Monterey-Salinas Highway, across from WeatherTech Raceway at Laguna Seca.  This event will start at 9am and end at 1pm.

SPCA cat and dog adoptions include the pet’s spay or neuter surgery, permanent microchip identification, vaccinations, SPCA ID tag, a health evaluation, and more. Regular adoption fees range from $35 to $290.

The SPCA is not a chapter of any other agency and does not have a parent organization.  They shelter homeless, neglected and abused pets and livestock, and provide humane education and countless other services to the community. They are the local agency you call to investigate animal cruelty, rescue and rehabilitate injured wildlife, and aid domestic animals in distress. Online at www.SPCAmc.org.
