Food Trucks return to San Lorenzo Park in Santa Cruz on Friday, May 25, 5-8 p.m. The community is invited to this family-friendly block party to break bread with neighbors. A variety of food truck cuisine, local beer from Discretion Brewing and wine from Alfaro Family Vineyards & Winery will be available along with the foot stompin’ tunes of the popular Coffee Zombie Collective band.
The event is presented by City of Santa Cruz Parks and Recreation, FOPAR and Food Trucks A Go Go who suggest that attendees bring their dogs, lawn chairs and blankets and spread out on the green grass to play corn hole, giant jenga or other games. Participants are encouraged to find their neighborhood spot — Westside, Eastside, Seabright, Beach Hill, Downtown or other — where they can connect with their Santa Cruz Police Department neighborhood team.
