“Breakthrough offers a guided, life-changing exploration where we work together, hands-on, to tackle the challenges all men face,” said Chris Fitz, executive director. “Bring any friends who may be interested.”

More than 1,800 area men have participated since its inception in 1987. Breakthrough sessions work on the causes behind the challenges that affect all men, such as relationship issues, self-worth, anger, addictions and isolation. Breakthrough workshops are offered throughout the year, and some scholarships are available.
