On Sunday night, it was my great pleasure to perform with some of the Monterey area’s best musicians at Wave Street Studios in a benefit concert for G.I. Josie. G.I. Josie is a wonderful non-profit organization which supports women who have experienced post-traumatic stress disorder or military sexual trauma while serving in the U.S. military. I wanted to thank State Senator Bill Monning and Monterey City Councilmember Ed Smith for taking the time from their busy schedules to come to the concert and show their support for these veterans and for the important work of G.I. Josie.
