Just finished reading Joe Livernois’ article on trying to legally grow marijuana in Big Sur (Potheads Playing Politics). My concern is where they grow. In my 48 years of living here on the Coast most of the growers have farmed on either Federal Lands, State Lands or properties that are isolated owned by someone other than the grower and the grower has not gotten permission.
